Broncos Likely Out of Playoffs

Despite a monumental year the Boise State Broncos Lacrosse team was having it all came to a screeching halt at the shrill whistle announcing the end of the game against Washington.  The Broncos went into the weekend ranked #17 in the country having bolstered wins against #7 Oregon, #11 Utah, and a tight game against Oregon State.  Despite what the numbers say the Broncos have been hard pressed to find an answer for injury FOS Quinn Mendiola who suffered a dislocated ankle in the Utah contest.  Since then the Broncos have struggled at the face off X and have had to dig deep in the roster to find someone who can find as much success as Senior Captain Mendiola.  The Broncos went 0 - 2 on the trip up North and are likely out of the conference playoffs unless Washington is able to pull off another upset against Oregon.  The Conference Championship and a bid to Nationals faded out of sight and the Broncos now set their sites on continuing to develop players, and finding new talent to help strengthen the roster for their 2018 campaign.
